Castelbuono Historical Carnival 2025
The 2025 edition of the Castelbuono Historical Carnival, in the heart of the Madonie in the province of Palermo, confirmed itself as a central event of the Sicilian Carnival, characterized by satire, tradition, and fun. The parade of allegorical floats and the gala at the Cine Teatro Astra remained the most anticipated moments, joined by the novelty of four local satire groups.
Tickets for the galas were put on sale on Monday, February 24, at the Cloister of San Francesco, at a cost of 10 euros for the Saturday and Tuesday evenings and 8 euros for the Monday evening. The organization was made possible thanks to the collaboration of the association I Frastornati, AVY, and the employees of the Tourism and Culture Office of the Municipality of Castelbuono.
