Edition 2025 — Casolano Pesto Festival

The 37th edition of the Casolano Pesto, Eel and Salt Cod Festival took place from August 8th to 13th, 2025, in Casoli di Atri (TE). For six evenings, the painted village hosted food stalls, open from 7:30 PM, serving spaghetti with Casolano pesto, Vomano eels, and salt cod, amidst live music and dancing in the square. The event was organized by the Associazione Casoli 2015 with the patronage of the Municipality of Atri.

The 37th edition of the Casolano Pesto, Eel and Salt Cod Festival was held from August 8th to 13th, 2025, in the historic center of Casoli di Atri, in the province of Teramo.

Every evening, starting at 7:30 PM, the food stalls offered traditional dishes: spaghetti seasoned with the historic Casolano pesto, eels caught along the Vomano, and salt cod. The evenings were enlivened by live music and dancing in the square, among the murals of the CasoliPinta open-air museum. The organization was managed by the Associazione Casoli 2015 with the patronage of the Municipality of Atri.
