Carpiano Rice Festival

The Carpiano Rice Festival 2025 brought to Piazza Colonna, from October 3 to 5, three days dedicated to rice and the peasant culture of the Milanese territory. The Pro Loco offered risotto in numerous variations along with arancini, sandwiches, polenta, and desserts, complementing the gastronomy with an exhibition on the rice supply chain and a display of agricultural machinery, vintage tractors, and vehicles. Live music, group dances, and baby dance animated the evenings, confirming the festival as one of the most beloved events of the Carpiano autumn.
