Edition 2025 — Polenta and Cod

In 2025, the Pro Loco of Colleretto Giacosa once again hosted the "Polenta and Cod" Carnival dinner at the "Piero Venesia" multi-purpose hall. The evening, dedicated to the iconic Ash Wednesday dish of the Canavese region, brought together residents and visitors for a convivial gathering, confirming a gastronomic tradition deeply rooted in the Canavese territory.

The 2025 edition

In 2025, the Pro Loco Colleretto Giacosa APS renewed the appointment with the Carnival dinner featuring polenta and cod at the "Piero Venesia" multi-purpose hall. As per tradition, the Canavese Ash Wednesday dish was the star of a village evening dedicated to conviviality.

The event, organized by Pro Loco volunteers with the patronage of the Municipality of Colleretto Giacosa (TO), confirmed the vitality of a gastronomic tradition that links the entire Canavese territory to the Carnival period.
