Edition 2025 — Carnival of the Months
In 2025, Bagnoli del Trigno again presented the Carnival of the Months, an ancient peasant propitiatory rite featuring the personification of the twelve months and the four seasons led by Francische lu giulliere, to the rhythm of the song "Sanghe de Serinella" and with the final destruction of the effigy.
In 2025, the Carnival of the Months animated the historic center of Bagnoli del Trigno as tradition dictates. The approximately thirty characters—led by Francische lu giulliere—brought to life the representation of the twelve months and the four seasons, accompanied by the popular song "Sanghe de Serinella", culminating in the symbolic destruction of the effigy that closes the past year and opens the new agricultural cycle.
