Carlo Carrà – Enzo Cacciola. From the 20th Century to the Contemporary: Color Becomes Matter

Throughout 2025, the Municipality of Quargnento (AL), in the province of Alessandria, continued its efforts to promote the heritage linked to Carlo Carrà, who was born in the village in 1881. The Carlo Carrà Art Hall in the Town Hall and the widespread route of lithographs allowed visitors and enthusiasts to rediscover the places and artistic legacy of the painter.

These initiatives paved the way for the major 2026 exhibition-event, which compares Carrà's works with those of contemporary artist Enzo Cacciola, consolidating Quargnento's role as a cultural destination in the Piedmontese Monferrato.
