The 30th Cardoncello Mushroom Festival (2025)

The 2025 edition marked the prestigious milestone of 30 years of the Cardoncello Mushroom Festival in Minervino Murge. The festival opened on Saturday, October 25 at 6:00 PM in Piazza Bovio with the official inauguration and the opening of the food stalls.

Saturday evening offered a packed schedule of shows: the Minerva Folk group in Piazza Bovio, the Anime Salve tribute to Fabrizio De André, entertainment by Radio MAMA with the Dance Studio Damiano in Piazza Aldo Moro, I Colon Irritabili in Piazza De Deo, the Orchestra all'Italiana, and the closing entrusted to the indie festival INDIELAND.

Sunday, October 26 continued with a vintage car and motorcycle rally at Villa Faro, a cooking show by chef Donato De Leonardis, DJ sets, and street performers, leading up to the grand evening finale with the JovaLive Murgia Party tribute. For both days, guided tours of the Grotta di San Michele and the historic center were offered, with hourly departures from Piazza Bovio.
