Edition 2025 — Carcoforo Chestnut Festival
In autumn 2025, Pro Loco Carcoforo once again hosted its Chestnut Festival, an event now eagerly awaited by the Val d'Egua community. Between roasted chestnuts and an aperitif at the Sports Centre, the small Walser village in Valsesia celebrated the chestnut season with its usual village festival atmosphere.
The 2025 edition of the Carcoforo Chestnut Festival confirmed the village's autumn tradition: freshly prepared roasted chestnuts and a social aperitif at the Sports Centre, in the convivial atmosphere typical of mountain festivals.
The event was part of the rich calendar of events that Pro Loco Carcoforo offers throughout the year, helping to keep alive the traditions of this authentic corner of Valsesia, in the province of Vercelli.
