Carbonara Festival Schio

From August 8 to 10, 2025, the Carbonara Festival made a stop in Schio, in Piazza Falcone Borsellino. The festival brought the flavors of Roman cuisine to the Alto Vicentino area, with carbonara as the main attraction and wines from the Castelli Romani. Opening hours were Friday from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Saturday from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Friday and Saturday evenings were enlivened by the NovaRoma Live Show, featuring Roman songs and Italian classics. Gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options were available. Free entry, for a three-day event of taste and joy in the heart of Schio, in the province of Vicenza.
