Edition 2025 — Carbonara Festival
The first edition of the Carbonara Festival brought Roman cuisine to Sabbioneta, transforming Piazza Ducale into the capital of Roman taste with carbonara, cacio e pepe, amatriciana, and the great classics of tradition, accompanied by music and folk songs.
The inaugural edition of the Carbonara Festival debuted in Sabbioneta, enjoying great public success. For three days, Piazza Ducale welcomed thousands of visitors attracted by Roman cuisine: carbonara, cacio e pepe, amatriciana, supplì, and typical dishes from the Capital, served at tables set up in the Renaissance square. The success of the first edition laid the groundwork for the event's return in 2026.
