Edition 2025 — Carbonara Festival

In 2025, the Carbonara Festival brought authentic Roman cuisine to numerous Italian cities with its travelling format: among the most notable stops were San Lazzaro di Savena (May), Testaccio in Rome at the Città dell'Altra Economia (September 25-28), Cossato in the province of Biella (October 17-19), and Volpago del Montello. Carbonara, amatriciana, and cacio e pepe were the stars, with Roman street food and live entertainment.

The 2025 travelling edition of the Carbonara Festival visited several Italian squares, confirming the success of the format that combines authentic Roman cuisine, street food, and entertainment. Among the most popular stops were the Roman Street Food event in Testaccio, in the heart of Rome, and the northern Italian appointments in Cossato and Volpago del Montello. Everywhere, the carbonara in its variations, amatriciana, and cacio e pepe were the protagonists, accompanied by music and conviviality.
