Edition 2025 — Cappellaccio and Visciolo Festival

The fifth edition of the Cappellaccio and Visciolo Festival was held from July 4th to 6th, 2025, in Castel Sant'Elia, in the province of Viterbo. Organized by the local Pro Loco, the festival featured three evenings of food stalls with cappellacci and visciolo, the two specialties of the Agro Falisco tradition, opening to the public from 7:30 PM.

In 2025, the Cappellaccio and Visciolo Festival reached its fifth edition, confirming itself as one of the most anticipated gastronomic events of the summer in Castel Sant'Elia. From July 4th to 6th, the Pro Loco enlivened the village with three evenings dedicated to the two typical dishes of the area, cappellacci and visciolo, accompanied by music and festive moments in the square. The stalls opened every evening at 7:30 PM, attracting visitors from the town and neighboring villages of the Viterbo Tuscia region.
