Capitoline Azalea Exhibition at Piazza di Spagna

The 2025 edition of the Azalea Exhibition at Piazza di Spagna renewed a tradition dating back to the 1930s. As is customary, the azaleas in full bloom were arranged on the monumental Trinità dei Monti steps, in the Campo Marzio district of the Municipality of Rome, offering citizens and tourists one of the most famous images of the Roman spring.

The plants, cared for year-round by the gardeners of Rome Capital at the San Sisto nursery, remained on display with free and open access for the entire blooming period, the duration of which depends on weather conditions each year.
