Edition 2025 — Canto alla Libertà

Canto alla Libertà was conceived in 2026 as a choral and lyrical concert for the 80th anniversary of the Italian Republic; therefore, there are no previous editions before 2025. The Coro Teatro Verdi di Padova, the protagonist of the event, is however a historic ensemble founded in 1961, active for over sixty years with a broad repertoire of lyrical, sacred, and polyphonic music.

The concert Canto alla Libertà is an event conceived to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Italian Republic and therefore has no previous editions before 2026.

The Coro Teatro Verdi di Padova, the protagonist of the evening, is however a historic ensemble: founded in 1961, it has been a musical reference point for Padua and the Veneto region for over sixty years, with numerous performances and a repertoire ranging from opera to sacred and polyphonic music.

Programme

No editions of the concert prior to 2026, the year of the first edition linked to the 80th anniversary of the Republic, are documented. The Coro Teatro Verdi di Padova has a long concert history dating back to 1961.
