The 2025 Edition

The 2025 edition of Cantine in Festa in Grottaferrata took place in June in Piazza Cavour, the heart of the town center of Grottaferrata, in the province of Rome. The event was promoted as part of the Castelli Romani Wine Cities circuit, with the collaboration of the Municipality, local winemakers' associations, and local restaurateurs.

The program followed the event's established format: guided tours of local wineries with explanations of winemaking processes, tastings of local wines accompanied by typical products, educational workshops also aimed at younger visitors, walks through the Castelli Romani vineyards, cultural shows, and open-air concerts, culminating in a final collective tasting.

An appointment that confirmed Grottaferrata's role as one of the oenological capitals of Lazio, in an area where viticulture on the volcanic soils of the Colli Albani is an integral part of the local identity.
