Edition 2025 — Cantinando
The ninth edition, January 4, 2025
On Saturday, January 4, 2025, the village of Filettino hosted the ninth edition of Cantinando, organized by the Costis Ardua Cultural Association as part of the Christmas in Filettino program. The start was set for the late afternoon, in the atmosphere of the old town.
About twenty historic cellars were reopened and decorated, entrusted to local associations and merchants who offered polenta, arrosticini, soups, various sandwiches, and numerous other local products. Local reports described a medieval village crowded with tourists and food enthusiasts who arrived from all over the province of Frosinone and the Aniene Valley, highlighting how initiatives of this kind succeed in enhancing a mountain village in the middle of winter.
