Canti di Passione – Ce Custi o Gaddho na Cantalisi

The Martignano stage of the 2025 edition took place on Wednesday, April 16th, 2025, as part of the festival promoted by the Union of Municipalities of Grecìa Salentina and dedicated to the memory of the singer Antimo Pellegrino.

In the morning, between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM, itinerant performances were held in public spaces and at the school: the Cantori di Martignano, together with the Compagnia Arakne Mediterranea, visited the homes of the elderly, while a presentation was held at the Primary and Middle School with the 2nd-grade class and Griko singer-songwriter Rocco De Santis. In the evening, from 7:30 PM, on the churchyard of the Church of Santa Maria dei Martiri in Piazza della Repubblica, artists including Anna Cinzia Villani, the Greco family, Rocco De Santis, the Cantori della Bottega del Teatro di Zollino, and the Giagnotti family performed, followed by the secular procession along Via Chiesa to Piazza Palmieri.
