Canti di Passione – Ce Custi o Gaddho na Cantalisi

The 2025 edition of the festival took place from April 5 to 16, in the week preceding Palm Sunday, and was dedicated to the memory of the singer Antimino Pellegrino. The event, promoted by the Union of Municipalities of Grecìa Salentina with the artistic direction of Antonio Melegari and the participation of the Diego Carpitella Institute, reached all the municipalities of Grecìa Salentina as well as Lecce and Alessano.

The stop in Serrano, a village of Carpignano Salentino, was held on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at 7:30 PM in the church of San Giorgio Martire. On stage, the Musical Group of the I.C.S. of Martano with Carpignano S.no and Serrano, coordinated by Antonio Ancora and Salvatore Cotardo, the Cantori di Galatina, the Duo Sidèreus with Fulvio Palese and Stefano Caputo, and the Canti di Longi from Sicily performed in turn.
