Cantando la Palma

The 37th edition of Cantando la Palma was held on Saturday, April 12, 2025, in Piazza San Tommaso in Aquino, on the eve of Palm Sunday. The event featured the traditional Canto della Palma with the participation of choral groups from Aquino and neighboring towns.

The presence of the youngest participants was particularly heartfelt, with children from the nursery and primary schools of the Comprehensive Institute and the convent school taking part in the festivities, helping to pass on a custom deeply rooted in the community. After the blessing of the olive branches, the singers renewed the ritual of going from house to house through the town streets in 2025 as well.
