Edition 2025 — Canelli City of Wine
The 2025 edition
The 'Sparkling Canelli - Bubbles in Canelli' festival animated Canelli from July 11 to 13, 2025. On Friday, July 11, the 'White Night of Libraries' brought readings, music, and performances to Piazza Cavour, featuring an act by Mila Ogliastro.
Saturday, July 12, with the first toast at 6:00 PM, official tastings of the territory's most representative wines began, accompanied by concerts, DJ sets, and exhibitions. On Sunday, July 13, artisan displays reopened, with visits and tastings in the cellars and mini-conferences on the Classic and Martinotti methods in the Enoteca courtyard. There were also guided tours of the Underground Cathedrals, Vespa tours, e-bike rentals, and panoramic shuttles through the hills.
