The 2025 Campo di Giove Granfondo
The 2025 Campo di Giove Granfondo was held on Sunday, June 15, 2025, as a stage of the Abruzzo MTB Cup, the regional mountain bike circuit in Abruzzo which scheduled eight events between May and September 2025. Organized by the ASD Bike Shock Team in the municipality of Campo di Giove, in the province of L'Aquila, the event featured the classic competitive off-road route through the meadows and beech forests at the foot of the Maiella, including the long climb of Macchia di Secina and the single track sections towards Cansano, as well as the usual cycle-touring version also open to e-bikes. An edition following in the footsteps of previous ones, with the start and finish in the Abruzzo town and the panoramas of the Maiella National Park as a backdrop.
