Edition 2025 — Calici di Stelle Sava

On Sunday, August 10, 2025, the enchantment of Calici di Stelle returned to Sava for its 21st edition. On St. Lawrence's Night, the historic center came alive with tastings of Primitivo di Manduria and local wines, regional gastronomy, and live music by the Soul Sisters, amidst the clinking of glasses and the observation of shooting stars. Free admission and thousands of visitors for one of the symbolic events of the summer in the Taranto area.

Calici di Stelle 2025 — 21st edition

The twenty-first edition of Calici di Stelle was held in Sava on Sunday, August 10, 2025, starting at 8:00 PM, with wine as the absolute protagonist of the evening. In the historic center, visitors were able to taste Primitivo di Manduria and Salento wines by purchasing the event glass, pairing samples with local gastronomy dishes.

The musical heart of the evening, in Piazza San Giovanni, was entrusted to the Soul Sisters, with warm voices and engaging harmonies, while craft exhibitions, sommelier-led tastings, and astronomical observation moments dedicated to the Tears of St. Lawrence took place in the town's squares. An embrace between earth and sky that confirmed the event as one of the most anticipated food and wine gatherings in the province of Taranto.

Sunday, August 10, 2025

  • From 8:00 PM — Opening of tasting stalls in the historic center of Sava, featuring DOC Primitivo di Manduria and IGT Salento wines (requires purchase of the event glass)
  • Piazza San Giovanni — Live musical entertainment with the Soul Sisters
  • In the squares and streets of the center — Salento food stalls, craft exhibitions, and sommelier-led tastings
  • In the evening — Stargazing on the night of St. Lawrence

Prices
