Edition 2025 — Calatafimi Living Nativity
10th edition (2024/2025)
The tenth edition of the Calatafimi-Segesta Living Nativity, organized by the Cultural Association «Calatafimi è», was held in the ancient Li Ficareddi district (entrance from Via Roma 13) between December 26, 2024, and January 6, 2025, during the festive evenings of the Christmas period. About two hundred actors animated the route, recreating moments of great intensity in the twilight of the alleys.
Artisans, tailors, blacksmiths, shepherds, and potters brought scenes of daily life to life using traditional tools and techniques of historical agriculture and craftsmanship, while Christmas melodies were performed by bagpipers. The entrance ticket was 5 euros, with free admission for people with disabilities and children under 10.
