The 2025 Cäcilienkonzert in Ora

In the autumn of 2025, the Musikkapelle Auer renewed its appointment with its Cäcilienkonzert, the concert dedicated to Saint Cecilia, the patron saint of music and musicians. As per tradition, the evening took place in the Aula Magna of the Agricultural High School of Ora (Auer), in the province of Bolzano, under the direction of maestro Georg Pichler Giulay.

The concert marked the end of the ensemble's musical season, featuring the typical repertoire of the South Tyrolean band tradition. The 2025 edition also served as a prelude to the 2026 jubilee year, in which the band, founded in 1801, would celebrate its 225 years of activity.
