Edition 2025 — Rufina Cacciucco Festival

In 2025, the Cacciucco and Grilled Prawns Festival returned to Rufina at the Fabio Bresci Municipal Stadium with a September edition organized by the Polisportiva Audax Rufina. Once again, the menu focused on boneless cacciucco and grilled prawns, along with fried seafood and pasta dishes, confirming the festival as one of the most appreciated gastronomic events in the Valdisieve.

The 2025 edition

The Cacciucco and Grilled Prawns Festival brought Rufina to life in September 2025 at the Fabio Bresci Municipal Stadium. The Polisportiva Audax Rufina offered the classic seafood menu with boneless cacciucco, grilled prawns, mixed fried seafood, and fish-based pasta dishes, in addition to meat-based alternatives.

Dinner from 7:00 PM and lunch on public holidays, with indoor and outdoor seating: a proven format that attracts numerous visitors every year to this Valdisieve town in the Province of Florence.
