The thirtieth edition

The 2025 edition of the Cabernet and Local Wines Festival marked an important milestone for Gallinaro, in the province of Frosinone: the thirtieth edition of an event created to enhance the wine heritage of the Valle di Comino.

The evening of Wednesday, August 13, 2025, opened around 7:30 PM in the historic center. As per tradition, about thirty cellars in the village opened their doors to the public for free, offering tastings of Atina DOC Cabernet — also presented by the Atina Cabernet DOP Consortium — and wines produced by Gallinaro families.

Food stalls paired traditional dishes with more innovative offerings, while live music, DJ sets, folk groups, songs, and dances of the popular tradition alternated in the squares. Admission to the event was free. The organization was handled by the Pro Loco Gallinaro APS together with the Municipality and the Organizing Committee.
