Ca'pacciàmm Street Fest

The ninth edition

From 22 to 24 August 2025, the historic centre of Capaccio Capoluogo hosted the ninth edition of the Ca'pacciàmm Street Fest, with shows starting at 9:30 PM and free admission. The event was produced by the Ca'pacciàmm APS association in partnership with the Hermes association and the Baracca dei Buffoni company, under the artistic direction of Orazio de Rosa, with the patronage of the Municipality of Capaccio Paestum and the Campania Region, and the support of BCC di Capaccio Paestum e Serino as an official partner.

Squares and performances

The evening route included Piazza Orologio with the aerial dance of In Motion Air, the Barberia with the comedy theatre of Hop Hop Hopla, Corso Vittorio Emanuele and Piazza del Comune with the fire show Il Sogno, Piazza Tempone with the clown saxophonist Kaos and, on Sunday, Stand Up! Lino Street Circus. Roaming acts included the street band Boomerang Orkestra on Friday and A spasso nel Medioevo on Saturday and Sunday, while Piazzetta Di Lascio hosted the puppet show io: Pulcinella.

More than just shows

As per tradition, the village streets hosted craft markets, workshops for children, and a large food area with local delicacies, at affordable prices.
