Bussolin Carnival 2025
The 2025 edition was held on Saturday, March 1, in Crissolo, in the Po Valley. The procession, which left the Piazza del Municipio at 3:30 PM, brought about twenty performers through the village streets who, singing in the Piedmontese dialect, re-enacted the legend of the Bussolin. The cast featured Massimo Avalle as the king, Gloria Baudracco as the young protagonist, and beekeeper Nicola Bessone as the farmer. The evening concluded with a polenta-based dinner at the Sala delle Guide, followed by a new performance and Occitan dances.
