Bussolengo d'Autunno - Festa del Bollito e Pearà

The Festa del Bollito e Pearà 2025 enlivened Bussolengo from October 30 to November 2 at the Sala Polivalente Ex Bocciodromo. The star was the mixed boiled meat with pearà sauce, prepared by the Miglioranza kitchen, in the best Veronese tradition. Openings were Thursday-Friday for dinner only (6 PM-12 AM) and Saturday-Sunday also for lunch (11 AM-3 PM). Among the special guests was the Confraternita del lesso con la pearà; there was also folk entertainment and a kids' area with games and inflatables. A delicious event of the Bussolengo d'Autunno festival, organized by Le Virtù Veronesi.
