Edition 2025 — Buseca d'Äicq

The 2025 edition of Buseca d'Äicq took place on Sunday, February 16, at the Alpini headquarters in Acqui Terme, in Piazza Don Dolermo. From 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, the Pro Loco prepared and served the traditional Acqui-style tripe until supplies ran out, with the option to dine in or take away.

The 2025 edition of the Buseca d'Äicq was held on Sunday, February 16, 2025, at the Alpini headquarters in Acqui Terme, in Piazza Don Dolermo. From 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, the Acqui Terme Pro Loco oversaw the preparation and distribution of Acqui-style tripe, one of the most typical dishes of the city's tradition, served until supplies ran out. As every year, the buseca could be enjoyed at the tables or picked up as a takeaway, confirming the success of an event highly anticipated by the Acqui community.
