Burridda Festival and National Bocce Competition

The 2025 edition of the Burridda Festival renewed the gastronomic and sporting tradition of Leverone. The Pro Loco offered the stockfish burridda, potatoes, chard, pine nuts, and olives at the usual outdoor dinner on wooden tables, accompanied by local wine and a dancing evening. On the village courts, the national pairs bocce competition valid for the Italian championship took place, attracting players from various regions each year. The festival, linked to the feast of San Bernardo, reaffirmed its role as an identity event for the upper Arroscia Valley.
