Edition 2025 — Bugie Festival

In 2025, the Bugie Festival once again brought the village of Denice to life on a Sunday in May, confirming it as a spring event deeply cherished by the community. Organized by the Pro Loco in collaboration with the Municipality, the festival featured typical Val Bormida street food, Denice bugie, and moments of music and entertainment throughout the historic center.

The 2025 edition of the Bugie Festival renewed the tradition in Denice of the celebration dedicated to the fried pastry that is the village's symbol. As is customary, the Pro Loco of Denice, together with the Municipality, transformed the streets and squares of the medieval village in the Val Bormida into a culinary trail, featuring Denice bugie and numerous local street food specialties.

Amidst the scents of fried food, music, and conviviality, the day attracted visitors and curious onlookers to the small village in the Province of Alessandria, confirming the Bugie Festival as one of the most characteristic spring events in the Upper Monferrato.
