Edition 2025 — Buffalo Mozzarella Festival

In the summer of 2025, the Parco delle Stelle in Bomarzo renewed its appointment with the Buffalo Mozzarella Festival (Sapori di Bufala), a traditional celebration dedicated to buffalo mozzarella and the home-style cooking of the Tuscia Viterbese region. As is customary, the event featured evening food stalls, grilled meats, and live music dance nights in a popular and convivial festive atmosphere.

2025 Buffalo Mozzarella Festival in Bomarzo

In 2025, the Buffalo Mozzarella Festival returned to the Parco delle Stelle in Bomarzo, in the province of Viterbo, Lazio. The festival confirmed its proven formula, with buffalo mozzarella as the star of the food stalls, accompanied by grilled meats and traditional local rural dishes.

The evenings, held outdoors in a family-friendly atmosphere, were enlivened by live music and dancing, attracting residents and visitors to the Tuscia region. An event that, edition after edition, helps keep the food and wine traditions of the Bomarzo municipality alive.
