How the 2025 edition went

On Sunday, November 23, 2025, Monteleone Sabino hosted the twenty-eighth Bruschetta Festival, with Piazza XXIV Aprile entirely covered to protect the day from late November weather.

The welcome began at 10:00 AM with free tastings of warm bread and bruschetta seasoned with local oil. From 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM, educational workshops titled Opificium: engineering, art, games were held, dedicated especially to children. At 1:00 PM, the convivial lunch allowed visitors to taste typical local products along with the year's oil.

The afternoon had its central moment at 3:30 PM, with the parade of the twenty-meter-long loaf of bread through the village streets, accompanied by the Cavalieri di Monteleone Sabino and then offered for tasting. The day concluded at 5:00 PM with the evaluation and award ceremony for the best oil, while throughout the festival it was possible to visit the village's organic oil mill, witness the production, and purchase new oil directly from the producers.
