Edition 2025 — Brüsadèla Festival
The Brüsadèla Festival took place on the last Sunday of August 2025 in Romagnese, with the distribution of the traditional sweet round focaccia baked in the valley's wood-fired ovens and musical entertainment in the historic centre, in one of the most cherished festivals of the Oltrepò Pavese.
The 2025 edition of the Brüsadèla Festival renewed the end-of-August event in Romagnese. The Pro Loco fired up the old wood-fired ovens of the valley to bake the sweet round focaccia, distributed to the public from the morning amidst music and celebration.
A unique gastronomic tradition, which each year draws visitors from all over the province of Pavia to the village in the upper Oltrepò Pavese.
