Edition 2025 — Brother Sun, Sister Nettle

In previous summers, the Euphytos workshop has also offered educational afternoons in Rossana, in the Varaita Valley, dedicated to Alpine medicinal herbs, as part of the local summer event calendar. These initiatives, aimed at adults and children, have accompanied participants in discovering the wild and cultivated plants of the valley and their uses in local herbal tradition.

Proposals dedicated to Alpine medicinal herbs have long been part of the educational offerings of Euphytos in Rossana, in the Varaita Valley. Through walks and workshops, the public has been able to get closer to the world of mountain plants, learning to identify them and understand their properties. These appointments have contributed to enhancing the naturalistic heritage and traditional herbal knowledge of the village and the entire Cuneo valley, in an area that is part of the Monviso Biosphere Reserve.
