Edition 2025 — Brisòma Carvè

The 2025 edition of the Brisòma Carvè was held on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, on Shrove Tuesday. As per tradition, the citizens of Quattordio gathered around the bonfire that marked the end of the colorful and playful Carnival period, in an event deeply felt by the community that warmed up the cold winter village evening.

The 2025 Brisòma Carvè took place on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, on the occasion of Shrove Tuesday. That year, the bonfire ritual returned to Quattordio right on time: citizens gathered around the fire that marked the conclusion of the Carnival period, in a moment of strong popular participation.

The event, very dear to the community, brought together young and old around the flames, warming the winter evening with the heat of the bonfire and traditional Piedmontese Carnival specialties. An edition that confirmed the Brisòma Carvè as one of the most characteristic events of the Quattordio winter.
