Bread Festival 2024 — 12th edition
The twelfth edition of the Bread Festival was held in Savigliano (CN) on October 5th and 6th, 2024, with opening hours until midnight on Saturday and from 9 AM to 10 PM on Sunday, with free admission. The heart of the event was the oven area in Piazza del Popolo, where about 60 artisanal bakers from the Cuneo province bakers' association took turns at four ovens.
The 2024 edition relaunched the gluten-free area, set up at the "Lorenzo Morello" Multipurpose Wing in collaboration with the Italian Celiac Association, featuring educational events and dedicated tastings. The program was completed by show-cooking sessions for all ages, street food stands, craft beers, live music, and the promotion of local products with Coldiretti, Confartigianato, and Confagricoltura.
