Edition 2025 — Brasadé Festival

The 2025 edition of the Brasadé Festival enlivened the hamlet of Staghiglione di Borgo Priolo with the baking of the typical ring-shaped biscuit in ancient ovens, food stalls, the local market, and an exhibition of vintage tractors and cars, celebrating the peasant tradition of Oltrepò Pavese.

The 2025 edition of the Brasadé Festival confirmed the formula that links this celebration to the peasant tradition of Oltrepò Pavese, in the hamlet of Staghiglione di Borgo Priolo.

The baking of brasadé in ancient ovens, food stalls with local specialties, the local market with artisans and zero-km producers, and the exhibition of vintage tractors and cars attracted visitors and the curious, on a day that combines taste, culture, and the hilly landscape.
