Edition 2025 — Boss of Valsesia

The 2025 edition of the Boss of Valsesia brought the upper Valsesia to life in the spring with its international extreme kayaking competition on the Sesia River and Sermenza Creek, between Scopa and Balmuccia. Three days of racing, on-water trials, an expo, and festivities solidified the event as a benchmark for white-water sports enthusiasts in Piedmont.

In 2025, the Boss of Valsesia once again brought together extreme kayak paddlers from all over Europe in upper Valsesia, with the main race held on the stretch of the Sesia between Scopa and Balmuccia and the final in the spectacular Sermenza gorges. The program combined competition, on-water testing of kayak models, an expo area, and festive moments with live music.

Organized by Bosskayak in partnership with Monrosa Rafting and supported by the valley's municipalities, the event reaffirmed Valsesia's status as a premier destination for white-water sports in the heart of the Vercelli province.
