Edition 2025 — Bosconero Carnival

The 41st edition of the Bosconero Carnival took place from February 27 to March 2, 2025. The 2025 Chinota was Elisa Bertolo, heir to a family deeply linked to tradition: her mother was the 13th Chinota. Between the Shrove Thursday coronation, torchlight processions, the float parade, and the traditional closing bean stew, the town celebrated the folklore of the Canavese.

The 41st edition of the Bosconero Carnival brought Bosconero (TO) to life from February 27 to March 2, 2025. The Queen of the festival was Elisa Bertolo, crowned Chinota on "Shrove Thursday," February 27: a choice with strong symbolic value, given that her family has long linked its name to the tradition of the Queen of the Poplar Groves (her mother was the 13th Chinota).

The program followed the usual rituals of the event organized by the Pro Loco: torchlight processions and masquerades in the first days, the grand parade of floats, masks, and folk groups on Saturday, March 1, and the conclusion on Sunday, March 2, with the traditional bean stew, a popular dish symbolizing the conviviality of the Canavese region.
