Edition 2025 — Sausage Festival

The 45th Borgo San Martino Sausage Festival took place from Friday, September 5 to Sunday, September 7, 2025, in Cerveteri, with free admission to all shows. Three days of food stalls featuring the renowned local sausage, artisan markets, a Vespa rally, ballroom orchestras, comedy, and the traditional fireworks finale, blending taste, music, and popular devotion.

The 45th edition

The 45th Borgo San Martino Sausage Festival was held from September 5 to 7, 2025, in the Cerveteri hamlet, organized by the Borgo San Martino Cultural Association with the support of the Municipality of Cerveteri and the Lazio Region. All shows were free of charge.

Friday, September 5: Opening of artisan markets and food stalls, dancing and entertainment, Vespa Club Cerveteri rally, bridal fashion show, and, in closing, a performance by the Leo Baracca orchestra. Saturday, September 6: Performance by the Asd Soft and Wild Dance group, a concert by Marco Morandi, and comedy by Biagio Izzo. Sunday, September 7: After Holy Mass, the procession in honor of the Madonna with the local Cerite Marching Band, a blitz chess tournament, children's entertainment, the Mirko Casadei Orchestra, and, at 11:45 PM, the final fireworks.

Programme

Friday 5: 5:00 PM market opening, 6:30 PM food stalls, 7:00 PM dancing and entertainment with Giancarlo Giacomobono and Elena Botti, Vespa Club Cerveteri rally, bridal fashion show, Leo Baracca orchestra. Saturday 6: 5:00 PM stalls, 8:00 PM Asd Soft and Wild Dance, 9:30 PM concert by Marco Morandi and comedy show by Biagio Izzo. Sunday 7: 11:00 AM Holy Mass and procession with the Cerite Marching Band, 12:00 PM stall opening, afternoon blitz chess tournament and children's games, 9:30 PM Mirko Casadei Orchestra, 11:45 PM fireworks.
