Edition 2025 — Borgo in Arte

In the summer of 2025, Borgo in Arte returned to bring Pietracamela to life as part of the municipality's rich summer calendar, which accompanied residents and visitors with widespread events until the end of August. Organized by the Pro Loco, the event reprised its proven formula: art, photography, and craft exhibitions among the stone alleys of the Gran Sasso village, framed by creative workshops, performances, and music.

The 2025 edition of Borgo in Arte was part of the summer event program of the Municipality of Pietracamela, a mountain village in the province of Teramo, Abruzzo. Organized by the Pro Loco, the event confirmed its vocation: to transform the squares, stairways, and alleys of the historic center into a sprawling exhibition route, with painting and photography exhibitions, sculptures, crafts, creative workshops, and moments of performance and live music.

As per tradition, the event celebrated the artistic identity of the town that gave birth to the painter Guido Montauti, attracting art lovers and hikers to the slopes of the Gran Sasso. Admission was free and the event took place in the heart of the village.
