Edition 2025 — A Village of Flavors

In 2025, A Village of Flavors animated Bordighera Alta with its formula of the village transformed into an open-air restaurant. Over twenty chefs and food artisans offered a gastronomic route through the alleys, with music and guided tours, confirming the event as the opening of the summer season in the historic center of Bordighera.

The 2025 edition of A Village of Flavors brought together over twenty chefs, restaurateurs, and food artisans in the heart of Bordighera Alta, creating a culinary itinerary through the village alleys. Ligurian cuisine intertwined with evening musical events and guided tours of the village's historic sites, in an edition that saw great public participation, with around a thousand people per evening. The event confirmed its role in enhancing the gastronomic and cultural heritage of the city of Bordighera.
