Edition 2025 — Books Under the Stars

The fourth edition of Books Under the Stars opened on Friday, July 11, 2025, at 9:30 PM, in the courtyard of Palazzo Alesi-Villapiana in Bugnara. The theme of the edition was Abruzzo, a 'rugged and gentle land'. Guests included writer Remo Rapino, who inaugurated the festival with his novel 'Di nome faceva Arturo', and Peppe Millanta with 'Il pescatore di stelle'.

2025 Edition - The Fourth

The fourth edition of Books Under the Stars in Bugnara kicked off on Friday, July 11, 2025, at 9:30 PM, in the courtyard of Palazzo Alesi-Villapiana. The chosen theme was Abruzzo, a "rugged and gentle" land, with all meetings scheduled for 9:30 PM.

The festival opened with writer Remo Rapino and his novel "Di nome faceva Arturo". Other highlights included Peppe Millanta, on July 25, with "Il pescatore di stelle". The initiative, curated by the Nino Ruscitti Study and Research Center, was held with the support of the Ubik Fuori di Penna bookstore and the Studium association of Sulmona, the Benedetto Croce Literary Park, and the Municipality of Bugnara.
