Bolsena White Night

The Bolsena White Night 2025 was held on August 13th, starting at 6 PM, animating the historic center of the town in the province of Viterbo with a widespread program dedicated to culture, folk traditions, food and wine, and entertainment.

The evening opened with an evocative procession: the historical pageant of Bolsena, the Pugnaloni of Acquapendente, the mini facchini of Santa Rosa, and the flag-wavers. On the churchyard of Santa Cristina, the performance by the Sabatini sisters accompanied the lighting of the Spirale di fede mini machine of Santa Rosa from the Pilastro district. In Piazza Matteotti, the show La Luna Bianca was held with the voice of Moà, while the Compagnia delle Lavandaie performed the Lavata cantata. Shops open late, street food, exhibitions, and impromptu art sessions completed the event, with tattoo walk-ins and Bibliobus entertainment for the little ones.
