Edition 2025 — Boiled Meat Dinner

In 2025, the Boiled Meat Dinner once again kicked off the event season for the Pro Loco Marcorengo in Brusasco (TO). An evening dedicated to the 'bollito misto alla piemontese', a symbolic dish of regional tradition, served in the parish hall in the festive and sharing atmosphere typical of this small Piedmontese hillside village.

The 2025 edition of the Boiled Meat Dinner confirmed its status as the first gastronomic event of the year for the Pro Loco Marcorengo, a hamlet of Brusasco, in the province of Turin. As per tradition, volunteer chefs prepared the gran bollito misto with typical Piedmontese sauces, bringing together residents and visitors around the tables of the parish hall.

The evening inaugurated the annual calendar of Marcorengo events, which continued with other community celebrations throughout the year.
