Edition 2025 — Blue Fish Festival
The 5th edition of the Blue Fish and Pinzino Festival was held from May 9 to June 2, 2025, at the Rivana Garden Center in Ferrara, spanning five weekends. Friday and Saturday evenings featured dinner service starting at 7:00 PM, while Sundays and June 2 offered lunch starting at 12:00 PM.
The menu balanced the Rivana's pinzino with blue fish dishes: cold and hot appetizers with mussels, bigoli allo scoglio, pinzini and cured meats, grilled sardines, cuttlefish and peas, fried sardines, calamari, and eel, with grilled eel as the main course. This edition supported the "Ferrara Cardioprotected City" project, reinforcing the charitable mission of the event organized by the Nati con la Calzamaglia association.
