Blessed Sebastiano Valfrè Festival

The 2025 edition marked the return of the Blessed Sebastiano Valfrè Festival in Verduno, initiated by the municipal administration as an opportunity to gather and rediscover the roots of the small Langhe village in the province of Cuneo.

The celebration was structured around the religious commemoration of the Blessed, remembered by the liturgy on January 30, with a Holy Mass in his honor. The spiritual aspect was accompanied by a moment of conviviality for the entire citizenry, in accordance with the village tradition that the administration intended to revive. Already in this edition, the focus was on 2029, the year of the fourth centenary of Valfrè's birth, which took place in Verduno in 1629.
