Edition 2025 — Open Courtyards

The eleventh edition of Bitonto Open Courtyards took place on Saturday, May 24, and Sunday, May 25, 2025, with over 600 young ambassadors guiding visitors through 52 locations, including monuments, courtyards, palaces, churches, villas, and gardens of ancient residences. The sites were divided into four thematic routes: Medieval, Renaissance, Baroque, and 19th-century.

The 11th edition of Bitonto Open Courtyards was held on Saturday, May 24 (from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM) and Sunday, May 25, 2025 (from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM), in the historic center of Bitonto.

52 sites were opened to the public, including monuments, courtyards, palaces, churches, villas, and gardens of ancient homes that are normally closed. Over 600 young students accompanied visitors along the four thematic routes (Medieval, Renaissance, Baroque, and 19th-century).

Among the novelties that year were the Church of Santa Lucia, a medieval building housing an articulated wooden Christ, and the ancient oven of San Luca, with its vast spaces. The edition was accompanied by the "Let's Tell Bitonto" competition and the contemporary art exhibition "Open Courtyards to Art".
